ECOWOOL

ECOWOOL textile products are made with carded yarns consisting of a new Special ‘œHT’ Glass Fiber with a high Calcium/Silicate content (ECOWOOL), and a cellulose-based support fiber (Viscose), necessary during the production phase of the yarn, which volatilizes at about 200 °C. To ensure good mechanical resistance even at high temperatures, they are reinforced with either nickel-chromium steel wire (1050 °C) or with glass threads (650 °C).
